Way To cheat Elections

I got this forward from friend.

I just curious why do the Election Comission in Thailand want voters to use Stamp for the ballot paper instead of normal pens as we used to do.

Check it out .. Quite a smart way ...

By looking at the horse ink stamps, I don't suppose this rumor to be true. The placement of the voting booths is something which is more worrisome in my own opinion.
