Visit Sensei at Smitivej

Well Late sunday afternoon July 24 I have visited "Sensei". She's a friend of my mother but

I respected her as my aunt. Anyways she's been admitted at Smitivej for a while from broken

or fracture upper right leg bone.

Incident was happen at Holiday inn hotel where that time she was walking in front of a

group of forigners and beside her was a trolley full of lugguages. One of them has fallen

on her. She was hitted by the arm and the forienger saved the lugguge from her. Lucky her

how ever she has felled and end up broken upper leg.

She seems quite happy at the hospital as it is very comfortable where there is a tv for her

and she could watch NHK through UBC cable. She also has a private helper. I wouldnt call a nurse. I dont think she's qualify for a nurse but she can help her get things, take her to toilet and stuff.

My first visit was about a week earlier, after my trip from korea. I found her fridge was full and a brand(stoch chickenb bottle) basket. So this means that she's pretty much have lots of visitors. That day her relative came to visit her also.

On 25th there are 2 family visited her and I decided to leave as there wasnt many avialable chair left and better for them to stay in private. Lucky that day I was the first one there and I able to show her my mother's email and she seems to be reading them many times. She's wonder how my mom doing in Australia and stuff. She's planning to take us out for a meal after she gets out for sure ;). She would be there for another 3 weeks. right now she's rehabbiting and should be able to walk in no time.

Wish her get well soon...

PS: I was going to take one pic of her for this blog but she seems want me to take many of her pics so I put them all in ;)

Korea Jewelry & Watch Fair 2005

Our company has joint Korea Jewelry and Watch fair 2005 from June 30 - July 3 and I was there at the show also as Marketing executive.

We arrived early in the mornining of June 29 to check in the Hotel (Riviera Hotel) every thing is fine but we have to wait 1.5 Hrs. as the maid are cleaning the rooms. So many guests there. We start our first day off by eating at a near by resturant. We later went shopping bying some small things and went to check in the room.

2pm we went to COEX (the exhibition center). It was a great exhibition center as it has the subways, Hyundai shopping center, COEX aquariums and all. We have only used the subway and the food court. Anyways, once we got there at the COEX Atlantis hall, we have to clear our products with the customs and once we saw our booth we completly in shocked. We have ordered some additional showcases, lights and table. But once we saw the booth it is just a stardard booth. We have to get every thing installed before the show on the next day.

The first 2 days has nothing special. Espcially on the first day it was really quiet day as it is a trading day. Only the companies are allow to come on those days. the public days are on Sat and Sun which they have many people coming in.

Since June 29 - July 6 186 pictures taken. Many good Korean meals have eatten. I just learned that there is a traditions that the Korean must made their guest full. Therefore I guess I have gain lots of weight.

On the 4th we have to clear the customs and my coworker and my boss's sister come back to Thailand. Later that day my boss and I went to see a customer.

5 - 6 July is like my holidays there. On the 5th we supposed to see a customer but they didnt turn up and later that day we have appointment with a last year interpreter's family. They are really nice. They took us to a traditional resturant and a coffee at Harn river.

Now back in Bangkok safe and soul.
